kx08 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by kx08, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all associated payment, account, and promotional services.

By registering an account on kx08, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you irrevocably accept these Terms and all supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the kx08 platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. kx08 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a kx08 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kx08 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and any balance returned to the payment source used during registration.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register a kx08 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or under any self-exclusion scheme that covers the kx08 platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of kx08 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment service partners.

kx08 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any aspect of your eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by kx08 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the kx08 platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your kx08 account, including all bets placed, transactions made, and communications sent. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. kx08 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kx08 support immediately at [email protected]. kx08 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a reported security breach.

kx08 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) use of the account in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or (d) failure to complete required verification procedures.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting kx08 support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the ordinary course provided verification requirements have been met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the kx08 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kx08 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction charges, for which kx08 bears no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be subject to change. kx08 will endeavour to notify players of material changes to transaction limits in advance.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified originating source. kx08 may request additional verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above the standard threshold or where account activity patterns indicate a need for enhanced due diligence.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. General bonus principles that apply to all kx08 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — is subject to specific cricket betting rules covering match abandonment, reduced-overs formats, player withdrawal, and official result recognition.

General betting rules include the following principles:

• A bet is confirmed only when kx08 has issued a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during periods of system error, price feed disruption, or manifest odds errors are not binding on kx08 and may be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kx08 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices.

• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the kx08 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity. kx08 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the kx08 platform, its servers, databases, or APIs.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kx08 staff, customer support agents, or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kx08 platform — including but not limited to the kx08 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of kx08 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kx08 platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the kx08 platform without the prior written consent of kx08.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to kx08 for display on the platform. 9 Limitation of Liability

kx08's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their kx08 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10 Privacy & Data

Your continued use of the kx08 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kx08 operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.

kx08 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those in which the platform operates. Accessing the kx08 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful is done entirely at the player's own risk. kx08 shall not be liable for any consequence arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
